1. Who operates Kr8 Studio
Kr8 Studio is an independently operated software project presented through the tikey.art domain. Questions about this policy or data handling can be sent to privacy@tikey.art.
2. Information handled by this website
The public website does not provide accounts, forms, uploads, newsletters, or payment functions. It does not intentionally collect personal information from visitors.
The hosting server may process limited technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser user agent, response status, and security events. This information is used only for operation, troubleshooting, and security.
3. No analytics, advertising, or tracking
The site does not use analytics services, advertising technology, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. It does not include third-party scripts or remote fonts.
4. Cookies
The current static website does not set non-essential cookies. It does not use consent-dependent analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Local Kr8 projects and media
Kr8 Studio processes project data and media locally by default. Kr8 project files may refer to audio, images, videos, lyrics, fonts, and export settings selected by the user. These files remain under the user's control unless the user explicitly chooses an operation that sends data to another service.
Files selected by the user are used only to perform the requested editing, preview, rendering, or export operation. Social credentials are not stored inside Kr8 project files.
6. Future social provider authentication
Social publishing integrations are in development or provider review and are not currently represented as active website functionality. A future integration may use provider-controlled authorization, such as OAuth, only after the user starts a connection and grants permission.
If implemented, access tokens and refresh tokens will be used only for the permissions and actions the user approves. They will be stored separately from Kr8 project files, protected using appropriate platform security controls, and will not be used to publish content without an explicit user action.
7. Purpose and sharing
Information is processed only to operate the website, protect its security, provide requested application functions, and support provider connections explicitly initiated by the user.
Kr8 Studio does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertisers. Information may be handled by infrastructure providers only as needed to host or secure the service, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
8. Retention and deletion
Local projects and media remain subject to the user's own storage and deletion choices. Limited server logs, when enabled, are retained only for the operational or security period configured by the hosting environment and are then deleted or rotated.
Future provider credentials will be retained only while the connection is active or as required to complete a user-requested operation. A user will be able to disconnect a provider, revoke access through that provider, and request deletion of any credentials retained by Kr8 Studio.
9. Revoking provider access
For a future social integration, users may revoke access through the connected provider's account settings. Kr8 Studio will also provide a disconnect mechanism when that integration becomes available. Revocation may prevent future provider actions but does not remove content the user previously chose to publish.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their device, operating-system account, project files, and provider accounts.
11. User rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to privacy@tikey.art. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Kr8 Studio evolves. The date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Material changes will be described clearly before they apply where required.
